Terms
Updated 2 September 2026
These terms cover this website, every *.moxlade.com
corpus and the MCP services reached through them.
What the service is
An endpoint your own software agent calls to ask questions of a data corpus, plus, for workspace members, the tools to run their own pipeline on it. It is early software under active change. We may modify, cap or discontinue any tool, and the tool list is not a specification you can hold us to.
Your token
A token is issued to you and is for your agents. Keep it secret. You are responsible for what is done with it until you ask us to revoke it, which we do immediately on request. We may revoke a token ourselves for the reasons below, and we tell you when we do.
Acceptable use
- Ask the corpus; do not try to copy it. Search is bounded and aggregates are floored by design; working around the caps, enumerating the corpus, or redistributing what you pull as a dataset is not allowed.
- Do not use the service to contact, harass, or profile individuals beyond what a public posting or profile itself supports, and comply with the laws that apply to you, including data-protection law where you operate.
- Do not probe workspaces you are not a member of, or share a workspace token outside the workspace.
- Do not resell access. Corpus licensing for products with their own users is a separate agreement — write to us.
Caps and fair use
Every token has a daily call cap and a cap on distinct corpus queries. A refusal is a tool error your agent can read; it is not a fault. Sustained traffic that looks like extraction rather than use may be capped further or revoked.
Price
Pricing is not yet settled and nothing on this site fixes what a service will cost. Where a payment link is shown, what you buy is what the link says at the moment you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe under Stripe’s terms.
The data
Every corpus is compiled from public sources and provided as-is. Observations can be stale or wrong. We are not a party to any contract you enter on the strength of an answer, and we make no promise about any buyer, freelancer or rate it describes.
Liability
We provide the service without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, from a cap or a revocation, from an answer that was wrong, or from the service being unavailable.
Changes
The date at the top is the current version. A material change reaches token holders by email before it takes effect.
